Rubicon Flood Panels is a modular aluminum flood barrier system — stackable 6063-T6 planks with EPDM sealing, held in U-channel side posts sized to your measured openings.
Interlocking 6063-T6 aluminum planks stack to the protection height you need. Profile depth is about 3.54 in, width about 2.36 in, and weight about 2.72 lb/ft.
EPDM rubber sealing faces compress at the floor line and between stacked planks when side-post hardware is tightened before the event.
Permanent or semi-permanent side channels receive panel ends. Wider spans add center posts and bracing confirmed during measurement.
Panels deploy into measured posts before storms and store between seasons — rinse, inspect, and restage without sandbag labor cycles.
