Rubicon Flood Panels is a modular aluminum flood barrier system — stackable 6063-T6 planks with EPDM sealing, held in U-channel side posts sized to your measured openings.
Interlocking 6063-T6 aluminum planks stack to the protection height you need. Each plank adds 8 inches (height = 8n + 1 inches, 3–9 planks). Planks weigh 2.15 lb per linear foot with 1.58 in section depth; posts are a 3.54 × 2.36 in profile.
EPDM rubber sealing faces compress at the floor line and between stacked planks when side-post hardware is tightened before the event.
Permanent or semi-permanent side channels receive panel ends. Wider spans add center posts and bracing confirmed during measurement.
Panels deploy into measured posts before storms and store between seasons — rinse, inspect, and restage without sandbag labor cycles.
