Rubicon Flood Control was founded in the aftermath of three devastating hurricanes—Ian, Helene, and Milton—that swept through Southwest Florida over a two-year period. Born from the challenges we faced as homeowners and business owners, our mission is to provide a better, more efficient solution to protect against the destruction of storm surges and flooding.
Like many in hurricane-prone areas, we spent countless hours preparing for the storms, using sandbags, pond liners, and other temporary fixes to shield our property. The process was exhausting, messy, and often left us questioning if there was a better way. After witnessing our neighbors endure the same struggles, we decided to take action.
